Garlic day

I've been reading around in blogland of others down under who had put their garlic in the ground already and realised I was getting behind in things that needed doing. I know that garlic is sometimes planted on the shortest day of the year in June and can be put in right up till spring, but thought we'd pop some in now and some later and see how the two lots turn out. I used my organic garlic bulbs I'd bought in the groceries last week and broke off the largest cloves as suggested.
